牛肉的腌制方法

  用料:
  牛肉500克、盐5克、食用枧水或食粉(小梳打)1/3茶匙(下此类原料的作用会使牛肉比较嫩滑)、糖5克、生粉30克、绍酒1茶匙、食用油1茶匙、麻油少许、胡椒粉少许。
  做法:
  1、牛肉切幼条,落枧水、盐、糖、胡椒粉、绍酒、生粉拌匀,最后下油和麻油。
