燕窝瘦肉粥(转载)

  功效滋养强身健脾开胃
  1,先将燕窝用清水浸发,洗净沥干,放入炖盅内,加入适量热滚水,隔水慢火炖45分钟成即食燕窝;
  3,白米洗净,放入煲内加入适量清水煲滚,改用慢火煲至稀稠,加入瘦肉煲25分钟;
  [材料]
  瘦肉 2两
  油 少许
